Celebrations at La Base
Weddings, communions and company gatherings on a 38-hectare estate: a stone hall, a cobbled terrace and the pine forest all around.
The spaces
Main hall
Long tables under wooden beams and stone walls. The heart of the house, with the charcoal kitchen next door and only one celebration a day.
Terrace and bedouin tent
The cobbled terrace, for the cocktail hour and long afternoons outdoors. For outdoor banquets we set up a bedouin tent on the same floor, with its own lighting and an evening bar.
Fireplace room
For small groups and long conversations. The fire is lit in winter and a single table sits around the stone.
Types of celebration
Weddings
Cocktails on the terrace or in the pine forest and the banquet in the hall or outdoors, under a bedouin tent. Set-up, bar and closing time agreed in advance.
Communions and christenings
Family tables with a short charcoal menu and a specific menu for children. A fenced outdoor area inside the estate, in view from the hall.
Company lunches
Tables for up to 60 guests, with service in two sittings if needed. Private parking, invoicing to the company and a quick departure.
Brand launches and conferences
A room with projection, morning coffee and lunch on the same site. Exhibition stands and vehicles outside, next to the terrace.
And something no other venue in the area can offer
Lunch can be combined with motor activities inside the estate itself, at the club's facilities, a few metres from the table. All on one site, with no travelling in between.
Group menus
Menus are built to measure from the charcoal menu, according to guest numbers and the season. We publish no prices: they are set in writing with the proposal.
